About Me
Hi, I'm Kara -- The Earthy Doula, your Holistic Postpartum support person. I'm a Wife & Mother. I have 2 children. I live locally here in SE Michigan. I love to support like-minded families who focus on overall wellness & nutrition in their lives. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, yoga, going for walks in our neighborhood, and visiting random Mom 'n Pop coffee shops. Postpartum is my favorite "birth worker" niche because I struggled with my mental health during those times in my life. I want all Mothers/Parents to feel supported in their journey.
